BREAKING: Enchong Dee Voluntarily Surrenders, Detained at NBI QC
A Fashion PULIS source says actor Enchong Dee voluntarily surrendered to the NBI in QC this afternoon in relation to the warrant of arrest issued against him a few days ago. It will be recalled that Dee is facing a 1B case filed by DUMPER Party List Representative Claudine Bautista-Lim for an alleged malicious tweet.
Dee will be detained as the actor surrendered late in the afternoon. No court could thus process the bail.
Dee is facing Criminal Case No. 03(2022) for Libel (RPC Art 353) in rel. to 355 of the RPC in further rel. to Sec 4(c) (4) and (6) of RA No 10175.
