A shocking scandal has rocked the Philippine entertainment industry, with actresses Michelle Dee and Rhian Ramos facing allegations of torture and illegal detention. A driver and personal assistant, identified as "Totoy", has filed a complaint with the National Bureau of Investigation (NBI) against the two actresses, as well as beauty queen Samantha Panlilio.
According to Totoy, he was physically assaulted, tortured, and detained for three days at a condominium unit shared by Dee and Ramos in Makati City. The alleged incident occurred on January 17, after Totoy was accused of stealing an "angpao" containing sensitive photos.€
