The entry features a countdown timer indicating a deadline before the data may be released or sold, alongside sample files such as identification cards and official records to support the claim. The threat actor is also offering the dataset for purchase, reflecting a dual extortion tactic.
As of now, the incident remains under verification, with no official statement yet released by the Department of Public Works and Highways.
