The Land Transportation Office (LTO) has officially revoked the driver’s license of vlogger Ishi Lee following a series of traffic violations, which stemmed from a viral video of her reckless and distracted driving.
In the video, the vlogger can be seen driving while holding a recording device and filming herself while the vehicle was in motion—a clear violation of road safety regulations.
The LTO previously issued a Show Cause Order (SCO) to both the registered owner of the vehicle and the driver, but they failed to appear at the hearing or submit an explanation. This prompted the agency to issue a final decision and a Supplemental Order.
As a result, in addition to fines and the permanent revocation of her license, the vlogger is disqualified from reapplying for a period of two years.
Her motorcycle will also remain impounded until the necessary registration is completed and the corresponding fines and penalties are settled.
The LTO once again reminded the public that violating traffic laws is no laughing matter, as it carries specific liabilities and penalties under the law.
