ATENEO CONFIRMS DEATH OF 2 MEN’S BASKETBALL PLAYERS
Ateneo de Manila University has confirmed the passing of two Ateneo Men’s Basketball Team student-athletes, Rene Clert Baterbonia and Divine Adili, following a drowning incident during a team-building activity in Dipaculao, Aurora on June 8, 2026.
The university expressed deep sorrow and extended condolences to the families, teammates, and loved ones, as the Ateneo community mourns the tragic loss.
